With this massage balm, you can massage (locally) in a more targeted and controlled manner than with massage oil. The balm has a mild warming effect that helps stimulate blood circulation, loosening up the muscles. It's ideal for applying to areas like the shoulders when they feel tight!
The base of this balm is a mix of macadamia oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, castor oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. The spicy scent of the balm comes from a blend of essential oils (see ingredient list), offering many therapeutic benefits, such as helping to relieve muscle pain.
