With this massage balm, you can massage (locally) with more precision and control compared to using massage oil. The balm has a slight warming effect that stimulates blood circulation, helping muscles to relax. It's ideal for pre-massage application on areas like the shoulders when they feel particularly tight!
The base of this balm is a blend of macadamia oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, castor oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. Its spicy scent is the result of a mix of various essential oils (see the ingredients list), which offer numerous therapeutic benefits, including relief from muscle pain.
