Suitable for Saddle Chairs and Stools
Is the base of your saddle chair or stool damaged and in need of replacement? But is the rest of your chair still in great condition? Order a separate base, and your saddle chair or stool can last for many more years!
Our bases have a maximum weight capacity of 120kg and are compatible with most swivel casters (11mm stem).
Tip: Before purchasing a new base, we recommend removing the old base from your chair. The conical connection can sometimes make it tricky to disassemble. Watch the video for assistance.
Steps to Remove the Base:
- Ensure the gas spring is in its lowest position.
- Remove the casters from the base.
- Place a cloth on the base and gently tap it with a (rubber) hammer to dislodge it from the saddle chair. Alternatively, you can use your feet for leverage.
